This fabric made of a material mix of 54% TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers and 46% organic cotton is opaque and tightly woven.The surface issoft, has a matte texture with a light washed look. The fabricfeels almost like "vegan suede".

Usage: Our favorite for light and windproof curtains
Due to the proportion of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, the fabric hardly wrinkles at all. Best suited for garments such as jackets, coats, blazers and pants. A perfect fabric for curtains made from sustainable fabrics, as it is very tightly woven and thus protects well from light and cold. It convinces with a beautiful soft drape. Also good for sofa throw, pillow cases, yoga cushions, tote bags.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are currently among the most sustainable fibers in the textile sector. Lenzing was the first fiber producer worldwide to be awarded the EU Ecolabel for its environmentally friendly fiber production.Renewable raw material:TENCEL™ brand lyocell fibers are made from cellulose, a building block of the renewable raw material wood. According to Lenzing, the wood for TENCEL™ Lyocell comes primarily from sustainably and legally managed forests.
The fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber: natural, renewable raw materials are processed industrially.Resource consumption: For the entire production process of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, attention is paid to the conservation and circular reuse of water and significantly less water is required than for the production of cotton fibers or man-made fibers.Compostable and biodegradable: Fabrics made from TENCEL™ Lyocell- without spandex! - are biodegradable.
Cotton fibers from controlled organic cultivation: Organic cotton, OCS certified, origin Turkey.
Fabric certification: The fabric is certified according to OekoTexStandard 100 (product class 2).
Care instructions
Washing: Before washing, you should serge the open edges to avoid fraying.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fabrics pleaseseparately wash at 30°C, light hand wash without heavy wringing/pressing or machine wash for delicates with gentle spin program.
Detergent: ecological mild detergent for wool/silk
Drying: please do not use a dryer!
